A leading company in Bahrain’s manufacturing and automobile sector is looking for an experienced Recruitment Executive to manage and streamline the hiring process.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.

Job Requirements:
