Hiring: Restaurant Manager – Dine-In Restaurant, Manama

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at a dine-in restaurant located in Avenue Mall, Manama. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and proven experience in restaurant management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and staff management
• Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards
• Train and supervise staff to meet restaurant goals

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager in dine-in restaurants is required
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Preferred nationalities: Indian, Sri Lankan, Filipino, and Nepalese (only applicants from these backgrounds will be considered)
• Must be currently based in Bahrain
