Hiring: Sales Engineer – HVAC & Interiors Division

Location: Manama, Bahrain

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Sales Engineer to join our HVAC & Interiors Division. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, a proven sales background, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the HVAC and anchor systems industry in Bahrain.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
• Prepare technical proposals and presentations based on client needs.
• Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Provide ongoing customer support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and HVAC system advancements.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in sales related to HVAC, anchor systems, or a technical field.
• Strong knowledge of the HVAC and interior design industry in Bahrain.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and maintaining client relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain technical details clearly to clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field is required.
