Position: Sales Executive – Real Estate

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers
• Provide accurate details on properties, pricing, and services
• Answer customer inquiries and facilitate sales
• Conduct property comparisons for potential buyers
• Promote and cross-sell real estate services
• Ensure updated listings and availability information
• Manage client interactions and provide after-sales support
• Stay informed about market trends and offers

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Sales Executive, Retail Sales Representative, or similar role
• Strong understanding of the real estate sales process
• Knowledge of consumer behavior and market trends
• Ability to achieve sales targets and build client relationships
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma (Bachelor’s in Marketing or related field is a plus)
