Hiring: Sales Officer for Security Services – Bahrain

Location: Manama, Bahrain
Employment Type: Full-time / Contract

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the security services sector
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, retail, and residential clients
• Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets
• Work with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery
• Maintain accurate sales records and client interactions

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in security services
• Experience in tender submissions
• Strong client network in Bahrain
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Valid Bahrain driving license and own vehicle
