Job Summary
As a Sales Promoter, you will engage with customers, promote our products, and drive sales. Your role is to create a friendly shopping experience, assist customers, and help them find the perfect fragrance.
Responsibilities
✔️ Greet customers and promote products with confidence.
✔️ Provide expert advice on fragrances and other items.
✔️ Achieve sales targets through excellent customer service.
✔️ Stay updated on product details and industry trends.
✔️ Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
✔️ Collaborate with team members to enhance store performance.
Requirements
✅ Experience in sales or customer service (perfume industry preferred).
✅ Ability to engage customers and build relationships.
✅ Strong communication and persuasion skills.
✅ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
✅ High school diploma or equivalent (additional certifications are a plus).
