Position: Senior Contracts Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to oversee contract management, project planning, and vendor negotiations. The ideal candidate should have 15+ years of GCC experience and be available for immediate joining.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and manage contracts to support company operations
  • Strong knowledge of FIDIC, JCT, and MOW contracts
  • Expertise in quantity surveying, QA/QC, and project planning
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
  • Lead and manage teams for efficient project execution
  • Ensure smooth project delivery with proper resource allocation
  • Handle client negotiations professionally
  • Maintain accurate project records and reports
  • Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of GCC experience in contract management
  • CREPP Grade A certification
  • GCC/Bahrain driving license
  • Ready to join immediately
