Hiring: Showroom Manager (Male/Female) – Trading Company in Bahrain

A well-established trading company in Bahrain is looking for a Showroom Manager to oversee sales operations and team management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage indoor and outdoor sales teams
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
• Drive sales for finishing building materials such as stone, marble, waterproofing solutions, and landscaping products
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors and clients
• Ensure smooth day-to-day showroom operations

Requirements:

• Experience in sales and marketing, preferably in building materials
• Strong knowledge of the Bahrain market and contractors
• Valid GCC driving license
• Ability to lead a sales team and achieve targets
