Job Responsibilities:

• Handle 200-300 customer inquiries daily and process orders
• Confirm orders through social media pages
• Follow up with customers and courier companies until delivery is completed
• Manage the entire sales process, from inquiries to conversions

Requirements:

• Experience in online sales (Facebook & Instagram preferred)
• Strong skills in social media management
• Ability to handle high customer interactions daily
