Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Soft Services Supervisor to lead and manage housekeeping and maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will oversee cleaning staff, ensure hygiene standards, and handle daily facility management tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Train housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures and hygiene standards.
• Supervise daily operations and assign tasks to team members.
• Inspect apartments, common areas, staircases, and lounges to ensure cleanliness.
• Create work schedules and arrange replacements for absences.
• Motivate team members and resolve on-the-job issues.
• Address customer complaints and special cleaning requests.
• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies as needed.
• Participate in deep-cleaning projects when required.
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in the hotel industry).
• Experience in cleaning and maintenance operations for large organizations.
• Ability to handle industrial cleaning equipment and products.
• Strong leadership, organization, and team management skills.
• Must have a valid Bahrain driving license.
• GCC experience is a plus.
