Hiring: Software Developer – Bahrain

VAM Systems, a leading Business Consulting and IT Solutions company, is looking for a Software Developer to join our Bahrain operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, code, test, debug, and maintain software applications.
• Troubleshoot coding and system errors efficiently.
• Work with clients to understand business and technical requirements.
• Define project scope, plans, and deliverables.
• Participate in software upgrades, enhancements, and implementations.
• Ensure security, integrity, and business continuity in software solutions.
• Develop and execute automated test scripts for efficient testing.
• Document systems and participate in post-implementation reviews.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT from a recognized university.
• Strong programming and troubleshooting skills.
• Good command of English (spoken & written).

Preferred (Optional):

• IT certifications in programming or development.
• At least 1 year of experience in software development.
• Experience in customer-focused software development.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Desirable:

• Fluent English and business communication skills.
