We are looking for an experienced Sports Bar Manager to lead Escape Lounge at Ramee Rose Hotel, Juffair, Bahrain.
Job Responsibilities:
✔ Manage daily bar operations and ensure smooth service
✔ Promote the bar and boost sales through marketing and social media
✔ Train and supervise staff to maintain high service standards
✔ Create and manage budgets and inventory
✔ Plan menus and special promotions
✔ Ensure health, safety, and hygiene compliance
✔ Handle customer inquiries and complaints
✔ Oversee reservations, staffing, and financial reports
Requirements:
✔ Experience in sports bars, clubs, or lounges
✔ Strong social media skills and a good follower base
✔ Preferably local hire or candidates with Middle East experience
✔ Excellent leadership and communication skills
