Hiring: Technical Service Engineer for Printers, Laptops & Computers (Bahrain – Manama)

Our client is looking for an Outdoor Customer Service Engineer to handle office automation and IT hardware products.

Job Details:

• Position: Technical Service Engineer
• Location: Manama, Bahrain
• Salary: BD 350 + Company-maintained car
• Vacancy: 1 position available

Job Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair Brother document printers, scanners, ID card printers, computers, and laptops
• Install and troubleshoot software and hardware issues
• Work with PCs, operating systems, and relevant applications
• Travel within Bahrain as required to provide onsite technical support

Basic Qualifications:

• Diploma or associate degree in electronics or equivalent training
• At least 2 years of experience in repairing printers, laptops, and desktop computers
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Good knowledge of PC hardware, operating systems, and software installation
• Proficiency in English
• Willing to work flexible hours and travel within Bahrain

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional electromechanical or field service experience
• Hands-on expertise in digital electronics, electro-mechanics, and test equipment
• Experience servicing third-party IT hardware and software
