A leading company in Manama, Bahrain is seeking a detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our dynamic HR team. This role involves supporting HR operations, recruitment, and employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to exit.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the HR database and employee records accurately.
- Track document expiries (passports, CPRs, RPs) and notify employees on time.
- Coordinate overseas recruitment and assist in immigration and contract processing.
- Handle NPRA updates, CPR scheduling, and NOC requests efficiently.
- Support exit interviews and clearance formalities for departing employees.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and administrative systems.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Previous HR experience is a plus.
