HR Assistant – Manama, Bahrain

A leading company in Manama, Bahrain is seeking a detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our dynamic HR team. This role involves supporting HR operations, recruitment, and employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to exit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update the HR database and employee records accurately.
  • Track document expiries (passports, CPRs, RPs) and notify employees on time.
  • Coordinate overseas recruitment and assist in immigration and contract processing.
  • Handle NPRA updates, CPR scheduling, and NOC requests efficiently.
  • Support exit interviews and clearance formalities for departing employees.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and administrative systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Previous HR experience is a plus.
