Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment and onboarding process
• Handle employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution
• Conduct performance evaluations and support employee development
• Maintain legal compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll administration

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of HR management experience
• Strong understanding of HR practices and Bahrain labor laws
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
