We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our growing food and beverage company in Manama, Bahrain. This role is ideal for candidates with strong HR expertise who enjoy supporting employees and management in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment and employee onboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with Bahrain labor laws.
- Support employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts.
- Coordinate training and professional development programs.
- Assist with performance management and appraisal processes.
- Provide general HR support to department heads and team members.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an HR role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of Bahrain labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle sensitive matters confidentially.
