We are looking for a highly motivated IT Sales Manager to join our Bahrain branch office. If you enjoy building strong client relationships, developing strategic sales plans, and leading business growth in the IT solutions industry, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business development for the IT Solutions division in Bahrain.
- Manage tenders, client proposals, and drive sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Design customized IT solutions to meet client needs.
- Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and vendor support effectively.
- Track sales pipelines and ensure timely invoicing and collections.
- Expand client base through strategic outreach and leadership.
- Mentor and support the sales team for continued success.
- Monitor market trends and adjust strategies as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- 10+ years of experience in IT sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of meeting sales goals and growing strategic accounts.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with C-level clients.
- Ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
- Experience in the Bahrain IT market is preferred.
