We’re hiring an experienced IT Specialist to join our team in Manama.
If you’re passionate about tech support, network management, and cybersecurity, this role is for you. Prior hotel IT experience is a plus but not required.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support

  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
  • Assist users with desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices—both in person and remotely.

Network Management

  • Maintain and monitor LAN, WAN, and internet connections.
  • Configure routers, switches, and firewalls to ensure secure operations.

System Administration

  • Install, configure, and maintain servers and operating systems.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control systems.

Software Management

  • Install and update software programs.
  • Ensure proper software licensing and compliance.

Cybersecurity

  • Implement and manage firewalls and other security protocols.
  • Perform regular system audits and data backups.

Documentation

  • Keep clear records of system setups, configurations, and IT activities.
  • Create and update technical guides and user manuals.

IT Project Support

  • Assist with planning and executing IT-related projects.
  • Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software procurement.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and macOS systems
  • Familiar with networking protocols like TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
  • Hands-on experience with cybersecurity tools and best practices
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Relevant IT certifications preferred (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, Cisco CCNA, etc.)

  • Operating Systems: Windows, Linux, macOS
  • Networking Tools: Cisco, Ubiquiti, Wireshark
  • Help Desk Platforms: ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk
  • Remote Support: TeamViewer, AnyDesk, Remote Desktop
