A dynamic company in Bahrain is looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the accounting department
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Prepare and analyze financial statements
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff
• Coordinate audits and tax returns
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities
• Prepare and present financial reports to management
• Assess financial risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Establish internal controls and conduct internal audits

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA certification preferred
• 6–8 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles
• Proficiency in accounting software
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
