About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and organized female Admin Assistant to support our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will manage daily office tasks, maintain records, and assist with general administrative duties. This position is open to candidates of any nationality who are currently in Bahrain and available for immediate joining.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks
- Organize and maintain files, documents, and records
- Assist with scheduling appointments and correspondence
- Support the team with general office duties and coordination
- Ensure compliance with LMRA, GOSI, and SIJILAT procedures
Requirements
- Previous experience in administrative or office work
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office and basic computer applications
- Currently residing in Bahrain and available for immediate joining
