Job Opening: Aluminum Factory Supervisor in Manama, Bahrain

A leading real estate developer and construction company in Bahrain is looking for an experienced Aluminum Factory Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our aluminum factory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily factory operations, including casting, extrusion, fabrication, finishing, and packaging of aluminum products
• Monitor production output to meet targets within established timelines and budgets
• Optimize production processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize downtime
• Enforce and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Schedule and allocate resources (personnel, equipment, materials) effectively
• Maintain quality control to ensure all products meet required specifications
• Conduct regular inspections of work in progress and finished products
• Supervise, train, and motivate production staff, providing support and guidance
• Oversee maintenance and repair of production equipment, coordinating with maintenance personnel for preventative maintenance
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, coordinating with procurement for timely delivery of materials
• Prepare and submit regular production reports, including output, efficiency, and quality metrics

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (4-7 years) as a Supervisor in an aluminum factory or similar manufacturing environment
• GCC experience required
• Strong knowledge of aluminum processing techniques (e.g., casting, extrusion, fabrication, finishing)
• Excellent understanding of quality control and safety procedures
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software
• Valid GCC driving license required
