We are hiring a female Accountant & Office Manager for a busy retail showroom in Manama. We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and confident in handling both accounting work and office management.
Key Duties:
- Handle daily accounting tasks like invoicing, payment tracking, and simple financial reports
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, along with petty cash
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office
- Coordinate inventory records and support staff with basic tasks
- Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams
- Follow local accounting and business rules
Job Requirements:
- Experience in both accounting and office work (preferably in retail)
- Strong skills in multitasking, time management, and record keeping
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Female candidates only (as per job needs)
- Knowledge of accounting software like Tally or QuickBooks is a plus
