A leading Real Estate Developer in Bahrain is hiring an experienced Head of Sales to lead and drive our sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets
- Identify new business opportunities and build client relationships
- Analyze market trends and spot emerging opportunities
- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales professionals
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and pricing plans
- Monitor sales performance and provide coaching
- Forecast sales and revenue
- Manage and track the sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Oversee all aspects of sales and leasing activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commercial Property, Marketing, or Investments
- 5–7 years of real estate industry experience in Bahrain (sales/marketing roles)
- Proven success in strategic planning and achieving sales goals
- Strong market research, social media management, and customer care skills
- High computer literacy and excellent communication skills
