A multi-national company headquartered in Bahrain, specializing in the distribution of steel pipes, fittings, flanges, valves, and other piping components used in the HVAC and Oil & Gas sectors, is looking to hire a Piping Specialist / Materials Coordinator.

Job Responsibilities

• Strong material knowledge of pipes, fittings, valves, and HVAC systems.
• Arrange deliveries & issue Delivery Notes against received purchase orders.
• Maintain a delivery list of all LPOs in an Excel format.
• Update stock lists after each delivery and keep track of pending sales.
• Assist the sales team and manage schedules & sales documentation.
• Efficiently respond to email & telephone inquiries.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with MS Office (Word & Excel).
• Strong communication & organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage logistics efficiently.
