Job Opening: Planning Engineer – Bahrain

We are seeking a highly motivated Planning Engineer to join our construction team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in construction planning, project scheduling, and project coordination, managing multiple projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment
• Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or risks
• Prepare regular progress reports and update the project team
• Implement and manage change control processes
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and construction standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of Gulf experience in construction planning and scheduling
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 or similar scheduling software
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Preferably available in Bahrain with a valid driving license
