About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Sales Merchandiser with at least 3 years of experience in the water industry to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will manage product displays, monitor inventory, and support sales activities to ensure excellent customer experience and product visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product inventory and stock levels at retail locations
• Set up attractive product displays to maximize sales
• Conduct product demonstrations and promotional activities
• Liaise with store managers and retail teams to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor sales performance and report insights to management
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
• Execute marketing and sales strategies in stores

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a sales merchandiser, preferably in the water or beverage industry
• Strong sales and marketing skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with store teams and retailers
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is a plus
