• Nationality: Filipino (female candidates only)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages.
• Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and brewing equipment.
• Greet customers warmly, take orders, and provide professional service.
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all drinks.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, workstation, and equipment.
• Assist in managing supplies, stock, and daily café operations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a barista, coffee maker, or café staff preferred.
• Knowledge of brewing methods and latte art is an advantage.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
