Job Vacancy: Document Clearance Agent – Manama, Bahrain

We are seeking an experienced Document Clearance Agent to join our team in Manama. The ideal candidate will have expertise in government and company documentation and a strong track record in handling Bahrain’s regulatory processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage GOSI and LMRA procedures efficiently
  • Handle new company formation, CR registration, and related transactions
  • Process CPR renewals and documentation
  • Assist with visa applications, renewals, and cancellations
  • Manage ceiling increase requests and approvals
  • Ensure timely updates for all CR-related processes and government filings

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in document clearance, PRO services, or corporate compliance in Bahrain
  • Strong knowledge of Bahrain government portals and procedures (LMRA, MoIC, Sijilat)
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills in both Arabic and English
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain high accuracy
