We are seeking an experienced Document Clearance Agent to join our team in Manama. The ideal candidate will have expertise in government and company documentation and a strong track record in handling Bahrain’s regulatory processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage GOSI and LMRA procedures efficiently
- Handle new company formation, CR registration, and related transactions
- Process CPR renewals and documentation
- Assist with visa applications, renewals, and cancellations
- Manage ceiling increase requests and approvals
- Ensure timely updates for all CR-related processes and government filings
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in document clearance, PRO services, or corporate compliance in Bahrain
- Strong knowledge of Bahrain government portals and procedures (LMRA, MoIC, Sijilat)
- Excellent communication and coordination skills in both Arabic and English
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain high accuracy
