We are seeking a skilled and creative Chocolatier to join our new chocolate brand in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in chocolate making, including tempering, molding, enrobing, and developing unique chocolate recipes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce high-quality chocolates, including bars, pralines, truffles, and coated nuts or dates
  • Develop new flavors and chocolate recipes tailored to the market
  • Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all products
  • Manage the chocolate production process efficiently and minimize waste
  • Maintain hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness in the kitchen

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Chocolatier or Pastry Chef specializing in chocolate
  • Strong knowledge of tempering, molding, fillings, and decoration techniques
  • Creativity in developing innovative chocolate recipes, including fusion with local flavors
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in chocolate production
