We are seeking a skilled and creative Chocolatier to join our new chocolate brand in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in chocolate making, including tempering, molding, enrobing, and developing unique chocolate recipes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce high-quality chocolates, including bars, pralines, truffles, and coated nuts or dates
- Develop new flavors and chocolate recipes tailored to the market
- Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all products
- Manage the chocolate production process efficiently and minimize waste
- Maintain hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness in the kitchen
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chocolatier or Pastry Chef specializing in chocolate
- Strong knowledge of tempering, molding, fillings, and decoration techniques
- Creativity in developing innovative chocolate recipes, including fusion with local flavors
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in chocolate production
