A well-established construction company in Bahrain is looking for a dedicated Junior Admin Purchaser to support procurement and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Procure construction materials, tools, and equipment according to project needs
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to get quotations, negotiate prices, and ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain and update purchase orders, inventory records, and delivery schedules
  • Assist in preparing purchase requisitions, comparative statements, and approval documents
  • Communicate with project, store, and accounts teams to ensure smooth procurement processes
  • Track material usage and align purchases with project timelines
  • Keep accurate documentation and provide administrative support for procurement
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and project procurement standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Procurement, or related field
  • 3 to 5 years of purchasing experience, preferably in construction
  • Good knowledge of construction materials and local/GCC vendor markets
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and procurement software/tools
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
