Junior Finishing Supervisor – Construction Company in Manama, Bahrain

A leading real estate development and property management company in Manama, Bahrain is looking to hire a Junior Finishing Supervisor for their construction projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the execution of finishing works like plastering, painting, tiling, flooring, and carpentry.
• Ensure all work meets project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
• Monitor material usage and labor productivity.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely material delivery.
• Solve technical issues on-site.
• Maintain accurate records of work progress and material usage.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure top-notch finishes.
• Oversee the installation of flooring, doors, windows, ceilings, cabinetry, and other interior and exterior elements, including MEP components.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality and compliance.
• Supervise material testing to confirm quality and suitability.
• Identify and fix defects quickly.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in construction finishing or a related area.
• Proven experience supervising finishing works in construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Valid GCC driving license.
