Junior Quantity Surveyor – Bahrain (Local Candidates Only)

A leading construction company in Bahrain is looking for a Junior Quantity Surveyor with strong technical and analytical skills. Only candidates already based in Bahrain will be considered.

Education and Experience

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering.
• Proficiency in computer and design software.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in quantity surveying or construction projects.
• Knowledge of 2D and 3D drawings is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit project sites with engineers and supervisors to take measurements and understand client requirements.
• Prepare prequalification documents, tender documents, and contract files including bills of quantities (BOQ).
• Analyze costings, prepare and review BOQs, and manage budgets.
• Perform risk management, value engineering, and cost control.
• Advise on procurement strategies and contractual claims.
• Identify and address commercial risks.
• Prepare final project accounts and reports.
• Experience in construction division projects will be an advantage.
