Job Details:

• Position: Junior Quantity Surveyor
• Location: Manama, Bahrain
• Salary: 250 BHD

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior surveyors in cost estimation and budgeting
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and gather data
• Analyze project specifications and drawings
• Support tendering processes and analyze bids
• Maintain accurate records of project costs and expenditures
• Ensure compliance with regulations and standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficient in MS Office and quantity surveying software
• Must be based in Bahrain
