We are looking for an experienced Labor Camp Supervisor to manage accommodation facilities and ensure smooth operations for workers in Manama, Bahrain.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the labor camp and ensure proper staffing.
• Monitor attendance and reduce worker absenteeism.
• Ensure workers follow their assigned shifts and schedules.
• Arrange replacements in case of absences or shortages.
• Promote good behavior, discipline, and a positive work culture.
• Maintain a safe and organized accommodation environment.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience as a Labor Camp Supervisor or in a similar role is preferred.
