Job Overview

A leading Real Estate & Construction Company in Bahrain is hiring a Land Surveyor. The role involves conducting accurate land surveys, preparing maps and legal reports, and supporting engineering and construction projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in surveying techniques and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform land surveys using total stations, GPS receivers, and other equipment.
  • Collect and analyze field data, including boundary lines, elevations, and site features.
  • Prepare survey reports, maps, plats, and legal descriptions.
  • Support construction, engineering, and land development projects.
  • Conduct boundary surveys, stakeouts, and topographic surveys.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project teams.
  • Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment for accurate results.

Qualifications & Skills

✅ Degree/Diploma in Land Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field
✅ 2-3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
✅ Strong knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, and legal guidelines
✅ Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Trimble Business Center, or similar software
✅ Ability to read and interpret maps, plats, and legal documents
✅ Strong mathematical and analytical skills
✅ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
✅ Experience in topographic, boundary, or construction surveys is a plus
