Line Cook & Commis – Manama, Bahrain

We are looking for skilled and motivated Line Cooks and Commis Chefs to join our kitchen team in Manama, Bahrain. You’ll help prepare high-quality meals and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare food according to company recipes and quality standards
• Set up workstations and prep ingredients for each shift
• Ensure all dishes are cooked and presented correctly and consistently
• Follow proper kitchen safety and sanitation procedures
• Keep your station clean and organized at all times
• Help with receiving and organizing kitchen supplies
• Support the team and promote a positive, cooperative work environment
• Maintain quality control and uphold kitchen hygiene standards
• Ensure food is prepared and served within required timeframes
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently

Requirements:

• Experience in a professional kitchen or restaurant setting preferred
• Basic knowledge of food preparation, kitchen equipment, and safety protocols
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
