Live-In ABA Therapist – Autistic Child Care

Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced female ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) Therapist from India or the Philippines to provide care and developmental support for a 7-year-old autistic child. The therapist will work closely with the child to implement ABA therapy programs, encourage learning, and support daily routines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions tailored to the child’s needs.
• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans.
• Monitor progress and maintain detailed records of therapy sessions.
• Support the child in daily activities and skill development.
• Communicate regularly with parents about progress and strategies.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only.
• Previous experience as an ABA therapist with children, preferably autistic.
• Strong understanding of ABA therapy techniques and child development.
• Patient, compassionate, and reliable.
• Ability to live-in and commit to full-time care.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: USD 1,100 per month
• Accommodation and meals provided
