We are hiring a Machine Operator to join our team in Asker, Bahrain. The role requires operating and maintaining production machinery to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up machines before production runs and adjust settings when needed.
• Operate machinery according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor performance and output to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Conduct routine inspections and perform basic maintenance to avoid downtime.
• Identify and report malfunctions, defects, or unusual conditions to supervisors.
• Follow all health and safety rules and keep the workplace clean.
• Maintain accurate production records, including output and downtime.
• Work with team members to meet daily production targets.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a machine operator or in manufacturing is an advantage.
• Basic technical and mechanical knowledge.
• Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, or instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Good physical stamina; able to stand for long periods.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
