Job Summary:

A car rental company in Bahrain is looking for a motivated Marketing Executive with Supervisor experience. The candidate will help promote car rental services and also manage daily team activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote the company’s car rental services through online and offline channels.
• Handle customer inquiries and convert them into bookings.
• Plan and run marketing campaigns to attract new customers.
• Supervise the rental team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and customer feedback.
• Work with management to develop new ideas to grow the business.

Requirements:

• Experience in car rental, vehicle marketing, or customer service is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of marketing strategies and customer handling.
• Good communication skills in English and/or Hindi.
• Leadership qualities and the ability to manage a small team.
• Must be organized, responsible, and customer-focused.
