Job Description:

We are urgently hiring two Mechanical Supervisors / Site Supervisors to join our team at a manufacturing facility. You will oversee mechanical work on site and in the workshop to ensure smooth operations and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise mechanical activities, including fabrication, welding, fitting, and machining.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately.
• Manage and oversee site operations effectively.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure timely project completion.
• Maintain safety and quality standards on site and in the workshop.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Mechanical Supervisor.
• Strong workshop experience in fabrication, welding, fitting, and machining.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
• Proven site supervision experience.
• Experience with ALBA projects is a plus.
