MEP Supervisor – Construction Projects (Bahrain)

We’re hiring an experienced MEP Supervisor to join our construction team in Manama, Bahrain. You’ll play a key role in managing the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) works on villa developments and high-rise buildings. If you have strong technical knowledge and hands-on leadership skills, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise all MEP activities on-site, making sure work follows approved plans and timelines.
• Coordinate HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems throughout different construction phases.
• Ensure MEP work complies with Bahrain building codes, international standards, and project specifications.
• Work closely with the civil, structural, and architectural teams to ensure smooth integration of MEP systems.
• Monitor project progress and immediately report any issues, risks, or delays to the project manager.
• Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to meet required standards.
• Guide contractors and technicians to resolve any site challenges quickly.
• Maintain accurate project documentation—drawings, reports, schedules, and checklists.
• Manage testing, commissioning, and final handover of all MEP systems.
• Track daily work, materials, and manpower to keep project records up to date.
• Assist in procurement planning for MEP materials and equipment.
• Join project meetings to provide updates and align with key stakeholders.
• Support MEP systems during the defects liability period after installation.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in MEP supervision, especially with villa or high-rise projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire safety systems.
• Familiar with Bahrain’s construction codes, site safety rules, and industry practices.
• Proven leadership and coordination skills to manage teams and subcontractors.
• Comfortable using AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software.
• Can read and interpret technical drawings and MEP layouts.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
