Job Title: Gardener (Residential Property)

Job Responsibilities:

• Plant and prune flowers, trees, shrubs, and vegetables
• Perform regular lawn care – mowing, edging, feeding, and aeration
• Control weeds and pests using manual techniques or safe treatments
• Improve soil health through mulching, composting, and fertilizing
• Handle seasonal gardening tasks, such as spring planting or fall cleanup
• Maintain and operate irrigation systems or water plants manually
• (Optional) Assist in garden design, selecting plants and arranging layouts for beauty and function

Ideal Candidate Should Have:

• Prior experience in residential or private gardening or landscaping
• Basic knowledge of plant care, soil health, and garden maintenance tools
• Physically fit and comfortable with outdoor work
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with watering systems and seasonal garden needs is a plus
