We are a fast-growing company based in Bahrain, specializing in industrial equipment and warehousing solutions. We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth across Bahrain and the GCC region.

Job Responsibilities

• Create and execute effective sales strategies to meet company targets
• Lead and manage a professional sales team
• Identify new market opportunities and maintain strong client relationships
• Handle contract negotiations and close high-value deals
• Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure high-quality service delivery

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in industrial equipment or warehousing solutions
• Proven sales track record with leading companies in Bahrain or the GCC
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet goals under pressure
• A valid GCC driving license is a plus
