A well-reputed company based in Manama, Bahrain is urgently looking for a Male Office Administrator to join their team.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily office activities to keep operations smooth and ensure they follow company policies.
- Supervise the administrative team, sharing tasks fairly to improve overall performance.
- Manage schedules, travel plans, and appointments for senior management.
- Maintain and update records, including financial data, staff details, and other office information.
- Monitor and restock office supplies to keep front office operations running without delays.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an office admin or administrative assistant role.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Must be currently living in Bahrain.
Job Details
- Salary: 200 BHD per month
- Duty Hours: 10 hours per day
