Job Overview:
We are seeking an organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will handle daily administrative tasks, maintain records, and support smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office administrative tasks efficiently.
- Maintain proper filing, documentation, and record-keeping.
- Follow up on pending tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Respond to employee requests and coordinate with relevant departments.
- Update and maintain accurate data and records.
- Assist with additional administrative duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional, proactive, and able to work independently.
