We are urgently hiring a male office assistant or secretary for an animation and video production company based in Isa Town, Bahrain.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day office tasks and administrative support
- Format documents and letters professionally
- Manage calls and emails with a polite, professional attitude
- Operate office equipment like printers and scanners
- Maintain organized filing and document systems
- Assist with scheduling, meetings, and internal coordination
Requirements:
- Must be male
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar office or secretarial role
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Office Administration or Secretarial Studies
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ready and available for interviews
