Office Secretary

Location: West Riffa, Bahrain

We are looking for an experienced Office Secretary to handle daily administrative tasks and support the management team. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and Arabic and have strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office correspondence and official communications.
  • Draft, type, and translate documents in both English and Arabic.
  • Organize meetings, appointments, and travel schedules.
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure confidentiality of company records.
  • Respond to emails and prepare formal letters.
  • Provide administrative support to management as required.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Salary
