Operations Manager – Bahrain

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our business, which has four branches in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations, manage staff, handle stock orders, and stay updated with market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage daily operations across all four branches.
  • Supervise and support staff to ensure high performance and efficiency.
  • Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock.
  • Analyze market trends and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Ensure top-notch customer service across all branches.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing multiple branches, preferably in the optician industry.
  • Strong leadership and operational management skills.
  • Knowledge of stock management and market trends in the optical field.
  • Academic background in Optometry or a related field is highly preferred.
  • Experience in the Bahrain market is a plus.
  • Valid driving license (Bahraini license preferred, or willingness to obtain one).

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: BHD 600-700 (including accommodation allowance).
  • Transportation: Company car provided for branch visits.
