Operator & Technician Jobs – Manama, Bahrain

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: BD 300–350 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production or packing machines efficiently.
• Maintain and conduct minor repairs on machinery to ensure smooth operation.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain quality standards in manufacturing.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform preventive maintenance.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a productive workflow.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in machine operation and maintenance, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant engineering field.
• Strong understanding of safety and quality requirements.
• Ability to operate machines while performing basic maintenance tasks.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
