Outdoor Salesman – FMCG/Food Items – Manama, Bahrain

We are seeking motivated and results-driven Outdoor Salesmen to join our team in the FMCG and food items sector in Manama, Bahrain. This role requires strong sales skills, customer relationship abilities, and experience in outdoor sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell FMCG and food products directly to retailers and clients in assigned areas.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Negotiate deals, close sales, and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Report sales activities, market feedback, and competitor information to management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of outdoor sales experience in the Bahrain FMCG sector.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and deal-closing abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is a plus.
• Valid Bahrain driving license.
• Ready for immediate joining is preferred.

• Competitive salary starting from BHD 350, depending on experience and skills.
